Information:
- 2 bedroom, 1 bath
- New A/C installed summer 2009. There is an 8 year warranty on the A/C, which is nice since Village Green maintenance does not repair A/C's.
- Replaced all the carpet in 2009.
- New wood laminate installed in Kitchen and front entry 2009.
- New tall baseboards installed upstairs, downstairs and in backroom in 2009.
- New light fixtures installed 2009.
- New fan installed in kitchen 2009.
- New paint through out the entire house except the boys room 2009.
- New fridge and stove 2009.
Our Home
We have lived in Omaha for the past two years and loved it! We love the location of our Town home. One perk is the amazing view of the Botanical Gardens and the large grassy area we enjoy in front of our home. I really enjoy not having a parking lot right in front of our home because we have two little boys, it is nice to not have to worry about them in the road. We have firewalls on both sides of us and our back neighbors are a young couple with no kids. There are no smokers around us so we don't have any issues with that.

Living Room
I love our large living room. We don't have a half bath but it is nice to have a more spacious living room. The paint on our walls is called Meringue Peaks. It looks like a very light tan. I love having the color so light because these places are older and it helps lighten it up and make it look fresh and new.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is also the Meringue Peaks color with an accent wall that is red. My favorite thing in our kitchen is our awesome pantry.
Backroom
I love having our backroom right off the living room. It is nice that we can shut the door so we don't have to hear the kids but we can still peak in on them. I also enjoy not having to climb two flights of stairs to do my laundry. It is great having the extra space for all our fun toys and games and not having to worry about the mess it brings. It is nice having our laundry and furnace area behind doors so the kids can't get to it. When we first moved in the walls were tan and the carpet was industrial and it felt very dark. We painted it all white and it is amazing how light it makes the room, I love it!
Downstairs/Upstairs
This is our downstairs closet and our upstairs closet. Nothing fancy but it gives you and idea of what's going on. It is the same color as everything else the Meringue Peaks.
First Bedroom
Our bedroom has a fan with a remote mounted on the wall with a dimmer. It comes in handy when summer hits. Our bed is a California King and I feel like we still have plenty of room. Our closet is very deep which is nice for all those shoes. There are also some nice additional shelves which comes in handy for storage. The color on the walls is the Meringue Peaks which makes it nice and light.
Second Bedroom
The people who lived here before us had the room painted like this and we loved it. They actually had a boy and girl in here and she decorated it so cute with pinks and purples. The best part about this room is the amazing walk in closet. Amazing for storage! You wouldn't believe the amount of stuff you can fit in there. That is why there aren't any pictures, it's a little embarrassing.
Bathroom
This is our wonderful bathroom. We added the storage above the toilet and next to the sink and painted it a dark tan color. We can leave the extra storage if you want.
